Shipping & delivery policy

This policy explains how orders placed on Vitality Supplies (operated by Vitality Enterprises) are dispatched and delivered.
Where we ship
We ship across India. We do not currently ship internationally.
Dispatch time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 48 hoursof payment confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays. You'll receive a confirmation once your order ships.
Delivery time
After dispatch, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Remote pin codes may take longer. Delivery timelines are estimates and are subject to courier availability and conditions outside our control.
Shipping charges
Shipping is free across India. Any applicable charges, if introduced in future, will be shown clearly at checkout before you pay.
Tracking your order
You can track your order any time on the order tracking page using your order number (format VS-YYMMDD-NNNN), or message us on WhatsApp for an update.
